As a result feeder operators on this trade lane are imposing a Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) on all imports into Chittagong which we have no option but to pass on.

This surcharge will apply to all Chittagong inbound shipments departing Australian origin ports on or after the 20th July 2017 and will be required to be prepaid at port of origin along with all other charges.

The situation will be closely monitored and the PCS will be reviewed once the situation improves.
